DESCRIPTION
Built upon a step-through, or 'easy entry' frame to ensure complete versatility when it comes to the rider age, height, & ability but also maintains a healthy riding posture. For the brains of the bike Cyclotricity have included an LG 7Ah or 11Ah battery mounted within the rear pannier rack, powering its 250w motor which is situated to the front wheel, evenly distributing the weight for an assertive & planted ride.
The gearing on the Jade is covered by a Shimano 6 Speed TZ system, which works in unison with the power assistance makes for an effortless, comfortable riding experience with V-Brakes providing confidence when braking.
Sit up, enjoy the ride & let the Jade do the work for you while 700x35c tires iron out the creases in the road and the 3 modes of power assistance carry you to your destination.

Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to support@ezoneriders.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
PRICE MATCH
*Price Match Guarantee. We guarantee to at least Match any product that we stock, under the following circumstances: It must be boxed in original packaging, new/unused and be for sale from the same manufacturer with the exact model, specification, and age. The product must be held/dispatched from a UK Warehouse only, have the same UK Warranties as provided by Ezone Riders, and be assembled to the same level to be delivered for Free to all of UK. For the avoidance of doubt, a ‘branded’ product offered for sale from a factory in China is NOT a comparison to our product range.
**Free Assembly. Where possible, most of our products are assembled to a reasonable level to facilitate a delivery/dispatch. In most cases this should only leave a couple of items to attach/tighten/adjust etc. Typically this would mean perhaps pedals or mudguards, lights, reflectors etc. There should not be any electrical components to attach (other than batteries), and the entire process should take less than 30 minutes. This applies to products marked with Free Assembly and Delivery, which is the majority of all our products on the site.
